HUMANITSOLUTION LTD., collects personal information as follows for companies and individuals who wish to partner with us. 1. Collected personal information: [Required] Company name, Proposer name, email address, phone number / [Optional] Homepage address, fax number 2. Purpose of collecting and using personal information: to verify identity and secure smooth communication channels in accordance with the partnership application 3. Retention and use period of personal information: Retain for 1 month from the end of the partnership proposal and then destroy. 4. Addition of information on the right to refuse consent: You can refuse to consent to the collection of personal information as described above. However, if you refuse to consent, you may be restricted from applying for affiliate proposals. For other matters, we will comply with the privacy policy of each company.
We will review your proposal and if we decide to proceed with the business, we will be sure to contact you so that we can work together. If the proposal is similar or identical to the business that HUMANITSOLUTION is already conducting internally, or if the proposal was received first from a third party, or if the proposal is not in accordance with our business direction and terms of partnership at the time of review, etc. We may reject a proposal for a variety of reasons, including that it is not in line with our business direction or the terms of the partnership at the time of review. Therefore, with this in mind, please only provide us with information that is publicly available, and understand that we are under no obligation to compensate, respond to, etc. for the rejection of an Affiliate Proposal. Please exclude any trade secrets, confidential information, or business ideas that you believe need to be protected in your proposal.
